Group forms also collect event details and optional room, cabin, and child counts. Later booking steps may require identity and supplier-specific information through the appropriate booking process. Please do not put passport numbers, card details, or private medical records into inquiry notes.

Information from website use

Our website and hosting systems may receive IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and security logs. Cookies and similar storage support functions such as authentication and session security. Blocking them may affect some features. The trip estimator calculates locally in your browser. Choosing Request a Personalized Quote puts the estimated budget and traveler count in the inquiry page address, which may be recorded in browser history or server logs.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, prepare proposals, coordinate confirmed travel, support customers, protect accounts, resolve issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Inquiries are retained privately in WordPress and sent to our BookCentral agency system and designated agency email inbox for follow-up.

Sharing for your travel

We share relevant information with suppliers when needed to quote, arrange, or service your trip, and with providers supporting hosting, email, booking administration, or messaging. They may process information in other locations. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or needed to address fraud, safety, or legal claims. Independent supplier and partner sites have their own policies.

Booking access, supplier information, and excursion partner links leave this website. Some images are loaded from our main website media library. An external site or asset host receives connection information such as your IP address when your browser connects. Partner referral links may include agency attribution identifiers. Review the service’s policy before submitting information.

Communication choices

Ask us to change your contact preference or stop promotional messages by emailing us. Necessary booking and service communications may still be sent through appropriate channels. Retention and protection

We retain information as reasonably needed for travel planning, booking administration, records, disputes, and applicable legal obligations, then arrange appropriate deletion or anonymization. We use administrative and technical safeguards suited to the information, but no website or transmission method guarantees complete security.

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, or to ask about sharing. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify identity and retain records required for legal or booking obligations. Do not send identity documents in your first email. We explain limits on fulfilling a request and do not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children and group travelers

These forms are intended for adult organizers, not children submitting requests on their own. Adults may provide information needed to arrange children’s travel. Organizers should have permission to share companion information; individual sensitive details should be provided only through the process your advisor explains.

Changes and contact
