About this policy

This policy describes intended texting practices when a messaging service is enabled and you choose to receive messages. Posting it does not subscribe you or activate a program. A phone number entered on an inquiry is contact information, not automatic consent to promotional texts.

Consent and message types

Trip-related messages may include inquiry follow-up, proposal and booking updates, reminders, and service communications after applicable consent. Promotional offers require a separate, clearly presented opt-in where required. Promotional text consent is not a condition of purchasing travel. Program enrollment should state the sender and message categories before you agree.

Frequency, charges, and delivery

Frequency varies with your inquiry, booking, or program. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable; texts should not be your only source for time-sensitive instructions. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to the sending number or contact us by email or phone to withdraw consent. Other clear requests to stop messages are also accepted. You may receive one opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP where supported or contact us for assistance. Opting out of texts does not cancel travel; another contact method can be arranged.

Privacy and appropriate use

Mobile opt-in and consent information is not provided to third parties for independent marketing. Messaging providers may process it to operate the service and manage delivery and opt-outs. Do not text card details, passport numbers, verification codes, or private medical records. Tell us if your number changes. See our Privacy Policy.
